Choosing between bridal, Arabic and minimal styles
Most people arrive knowing they want mehendi and not much else. Here is the honest difference between the three things I am asked for most.
Bridal
Full coverage to the elbow, often the feet as well, five to seven hours in the chair. This is where personalisation lives — portraits, dates, motifs from your family. Book it a year ahead for peak season dates.
Arabic
Bold florals on a diagonal trail, heavy negative space, forty-five minutes a hand. It photographs beautifully and it is what I recommend for the bride’s sisters and close friends.
Minimal
A vine, a band, fingertips. Twenty minutes, and it suits people who have to be back at work on Monday.
Every design in the catalogue is labelled with its style and price, so you can compare directly rather than guess.
